Maxtra Gas Pole Saw / Chainsaw Review

Have you ever been around a person or people like your boss, or a big movie star and they just walk around like they know that they are big deal. And your standing there looking at them thinking this guy has that “it” factor. You can tell by the way they walk and carry themselves that they are in charge they have the power. Well with some people and things you can just tell.

When it comes to things it is super empowering to own something that makes you feel like a million bucks, or is so reliable that you can just trust it to always come through for you. Like when you buy a new car and you just feel that it was tailor made for you! Plus when you step on gas pedal you know it goes from zero to sixty in flash. I am not a big car guy, but I do get that feeling with my tools. When you just know you bought a tool that can tackle anything you throw at it with ease and that is going to make your life that much easier. Because although we like to get our hands in the dirt and are proud to keep our backyards in the best condition we all know that the best feeling is chilling and having a beer after the job is done. 

It’s got a 2 cycle air cooled engine that can be used with many other tools if the attachment to the pole fits. So you know you have power. The cutting length is 10 inches, so really you have a good frame and cutting surface to be able to cut properly from many angles that is the benefit that gives you. I know that there are a lot of options out there, but the reality is that this chain saw is just that much more powerful than all of the electric options out there, and obviously the manual ones.​

Plus for me the biggest difference that sets the Maxtra Gas Pole Saw ahead of all of the electrical options is that the Gas Pole Saw does not have a cord you need to carry around. So that means you can go around and cut everything you need to cut without a problem. This is great if you are working on a large area of land like a farm or even a very big backyard. So really many of the corded electric chain saws just can’t compete, because you would need to be carrying around a battery or something like that.

Yeah It Has A Lot Of Power So?

So what are the perks that the Maxtra Pole Saw has against it? Basically in most of the reviews and consumer comments on this the negatives really come with the products manual! So it's not that the tool does not work or have a problem in performance for the most part its that there are people out there that just couldn’t even get it started. That is a pretty shameful claim if you ask I would be a little ashamed to say I didn't even know how to start it and post that review online against a company. I do however get the point that these people are trying to make. So I am going to come out and really say it. If you have not used any of these types products before there is no reason for you to buy a 200 dollar gas powered chain saw. It’s even a safety hazard for you or anyone who is out there trying to help you out. These people are right it should come with better instructions and safety warnings. However I am not going to criticize the overall performance of a product based on what they were able to type up on a manual. Another warning I want to get out there because it is probably not alluded to in the manual is the only real knock that this product has. The plastic parts were not made with the same quality control as the rest of the product so just be extra careful while attaching the extensions and adjusting to the right length.
